G3S Health 2024 framework
The overall framework of the summer school aims at providing theoretical knowledge, practical skills, and stimulate creative thinking. Therefore, the daily structure will follow 90 minutes slots with this outline:
a) morning (1st slot) – theoretical groundings given by the expert
b) morning (2nd slot) – practices guided by the expert
c) afternoon (3rd and 4th slot) – self-guided practices supervised by the expert

Day 1 (Monday, 24 June) – Michal Menšík – Health is wealth, or wealth is health? How economics relates to the quality and affordability of health care.
Day 2 (Tuesday, 25 June) – Lukas Marek – Geohealth: advanced spatial analysis in health geography (block 1)
Day 3 (Wednesday, 26 June) – Lukas Marek – Geohealth: advanced spatial analysis in health geography (block 2, in association with Vít Pászto)
Day 4 (Thursday, 27 June) – Jiří Šmída & Julie Mokrá – The role of (geo)communication of health-related issues.
Day 5 (Friday, 28 June) – Vít Pászto & guests – open discussion, wrap-up, closing session & future outlook (ending by midday)
